Signed Gators bar cap by The Game, 1995, signature unidentified

White cotton twill, the classic The Game "bar" embroidery reading Gators / University of Florida, navy eyelets, snapback. Somebody signed the bill in blue marker, big and confident, and then nobody wrote down who.

Pulled from an estate outside Gainesville, one of a handful of signed Gators caps from the same house. The Game, Collegiate Licensed Product tag dated ©1995 CLC, made under license. Mid-'90s, which puts it squarely in the Spurrier era whoever held the pen.

About the signature: We can't read it and we're not going to guess. It is unauthenticated, priced as an unauthenticated signature, and sold as a period Gators cap that happens to carry one. If you recognize the hand, we'd like to hear it.

Condition: Honest wear. Light yellowing to the white twill, most visible on the bill around the ink, and some faint soiling along the front edge. Embroidery bright and tight. Sweatband clean. Snap strap complete. Adjustable. Photos are of the actual cap.
