Hand-painted wood Albert football magnets, pair, folk art

Usually ready in 24 hours
Two Alberts, cut from thin plywood with a scroll saw and painted by hand: one tucking the ball and running in an orange jersey, one arms-up in blue after the touchdown, both in helmets with the UF mark on the side. Bar magnets glued to the back. Somebody made these at a kitchen table with a good pattern and a steady hand, and they are better than most of what got sold in the campus bookstore the same decade.
Pulled from an estate outside Gainesville, the same Gators household as the rest of this month's lot. Maker unsigned. Probably 1980s, going by the jersey design and the paint.
Condition: Honest wear. Paint is bright on the fronts with minor edge chipping visible in the photos; backs show the raw plywood and old glue around the magnets. Both hold to a refrigerator. About 8 inches tall. Photos are of the actual pair.
Sold as a pair. Won't come up again.
